2019 Division Standards

The following page is a list of skills/weights to be used as a guide to help athletes decide which Division to choose for the 2019 MACC Online Qualifier. Note that these movement standards are just used to help an athlete choose a division. There is no guarantee that these weights and movements will be exactly how the Online Qualifier or Main event will be programmed.

Individual Male/Female Division

Our Individual Male/Female Division is something new to the Mid Atlantic CrossFit Challenge in 2019. In the past, the MACC has been a strictly team based event, but with the new CrossFit Sanctioned Event format, we added an Individual Division to the lineup. The individual Division for the Online Qualifier is made to find the Top 20 Men and Women to come compete at the Main Event in April. The winner of the Male and Female Division at the Main Event will be punching a ticket to the 2019 Reebok CrossFit Games. Note that this is a single Division for all Men and all Women, there is NO Elite, Rx and Scaled Divisions within the Individual format.

Remember all of the Division Standards above are just generalizations of what the athlete should have in the toolbox in able to compete in a particular division. As with all workouts, just having the skill is the first step…how efficiently and how quickly a team can complete these movements will dictate how successful the team can be.
